PROCESSING PERIOD

As each artwork is made to order, please allow a 1-2 week processing period prior to shipping.

For pre-order items, please see the item description for the specific processing period. 

DELIVERY

Free standard delivery for all orders within Australia and New Zealand, via Australia Post.

Delivery to Australian metro areas should arrive within 3-10 business days. Delivery to Australian regional areas may take up to 15 business days. Delivery to New Zealand will vary depending on the area.

International delivery rates and times will be calculated at checkout. 

If delivery to your country is unavailable at checkout, please email hello@emmapuglia.com to organise.

We are unable to alter your selection once your order is placed, so please choose carefully!

Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We have a 30-day returns policy for damaged items. Please contact us immediately on hello@emmapuglia.com if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As all photographs were taken on 35mm film, please expect the appearance of grain and/or small imperfections in your print, especially in the larger sizes. This is the nature and beauty of film photography.
